This is a picture of my bantam mottled Cochin, she is a sweetheart, oh so soft feathers. The Cochin breed look like they are wearing bloomers Red. Yours just has feathered feet, not the bloomer. I'm with granny, looks like a bantam brama.

That's great, are the eggs on the smaller size?bantam brama ? she dont look cochin to me. of course im not real good at that..
Oh ok. She's so sweet. Her and Henrietta are the sweetest ones. This is the one I got a little over a month ago that they tried to tell me it was a silkie. I knew it wasn't when I seen it. Didn't matter to me though. No regrets getting her. She's still giving me five or six eggs a week. She's probably a banty brama then
LOL peeing in action. Pain In Azz. Could be she's smelling and hoping but can't get to the scraps but will attack a cat to keep them away from the food she is smelling. Would she puff up and threaten one of your other dogs for getting close? Hard to tell.PIA ? peeing in action ? she did something else that makes me think she should be trained to hunt or protect. not sure what that was about but i have seen it a few times. I give table scraps to the chickens and the cats try to get close enough for a sniff. No way they can get to it as its in the run. and she bolts over ready to kill almost . she trees the cats she only does this when the chickens are eating. hoping for some maybe ?
Thanks chicken lady. Now I know what I got lol. That pic looks just like her just a different color. They are some sweet little things.![]()

No granny she's the smallest of all my hens. Even smaller than my white leghorns. She has feathers on her feet but I may have trimmed them in the pic.
