4 hours sounds about right.

Granny, the neck has a lot of meat on it. Pretty good stuff. I usually boil the giblets to get broth, but the meat doesn't ever go to waste!


We have a little rack that hold the turkey up off the pan. Not sure about adding water. Linda?! What do we do??
