    If ya don't have no turkey drippings pour.some.chicken broth in the stuffing instead of water

    not looking forward to this. think turkey will look funny with a big hole there where the butt is . ahahaa

    The first turkey I ever baked on my own, I didnt know about the bag of inners that are in the cavity of the bird and cooked it up with it still inside... plus, I put the bird in the pan upside down. LOL

    To make gravy chop up boiled liver and 1 boiled egg. In skillet put 1/4 cup of pan dripping from turkey 2 tablespoons flour and stir til brown on medium. Add 2 -3 cups broth from boiling liver the chopped egg & liver and stir just til it starts to thicken. Wish i was there to lift that turkey.
