oh, i wasnt worried about them eating, thats just something i like to do. makes them tame faster. and its just fun.

what do you guys think about someone losing their job that they are really good at because of a new dress code ? Tattoos to be exact. they are butterflies and a ribbon of disability's . my friend, my sons worker , will more then likely be fired come monday because of this. DSI new ceo Shane Burton believes that somehow, my son , who he has never met would be better off with someone without tattoos and face piercing. they go to her wrist and on the forearm . that means wearing a long sleeved shirt in the hottest parts of summer .. my son doesnt handle change well. his sister is covered in them his BIL is an artist. does that make them unfit as well? whats your take on this
I won.

My son is a client of DSI and for over a year has been doing wonderful with his worker . She has become a member of our house hold staying over time on her own time to help as much as possible. My son is autistic. She has opened a new world to him. People in his world are few and far between. We are very lucky to have her. To the point of my posting. It is my understanding a new dress code will go into effect Monday. A code that is not feasible for Mrs. . I understand you wanting the company to look professional . but within reason. Mrs. does have tattoos all down her arms. they are not offensive. butterflies and actually a ribbon of all the different disabilitys she deals with. It was pride in her work that put it there. Now, she takes my son out weather permitting for walks, ect.. is she to wear a long sleeved shirt on these occasions ? I would also like to point out his sister has just moved to town and her husband is a tatto artist. Robert does wonder if April is not good enough to take care of him then neither is his sister or any one else that may have a tattoo or how about a birth mark? I view this as discrimination and i have seen enough of that in my sons 21 yrs. on this earth. As Robert is attached to April If she can no longer be part of your team because of how she looks then I am afraid we cant either. Please reconsider your views on this. Thank you. @ . Can someone please pass this along to Mr. ? Please share thank you names have been erased to protect the guilty.

Good morning all!!! Well back from the vet's Beth is now between 16 and 17 pounds. Currently busy trying to eat her rabies tag which is attached to her collar (hysterical) . Our weather is "strange" new high record temp of 72 yesterday and today left for vets in the rain and came back in sleet and hail. Currently snowing. Temp is hovering around freezing. Have to go grocery shopping and then to evil wally world for many cans of coffee. Beth joined me in the shower this am, I have a walk in type of shower with just a shower curtain to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. She was busy trying to catch and eat/drink all the droplets. I now have lovely puppy footprints all over the bath.

Cool chick there camp so you ended up with 2 half breeds (humming Cher song now) and to pure Sussex???

Granny I think your son's escapaid with the booze is both funny and sweet. Yet another step forward to "full" adulthood including the consequences of going on an all night bender.

I remember coming home tispy from a street dance in my mother home town. Nothing was said but the folks and grandma made me sit and play pincole (pronounce pee knuckle as my spelling sucks) until the early hours of the morning. Of course I was under age but was with older cousins.

congrats on winning I honestly didn't think they could make a dress/tats code effective reto-actively. But they can probably make it effective for any new hires. In other words she got Granny-hatcheted in

ya, I thought it was cute too . he probably , truth be know , ran to the bathroom and spit it out. he knows he cant drink with crones. lol Beth sounds like a clown. I call my dog to the shower and she runs under the bed for half the day.

Three half breeds, actually. That chipmunk in the middle came from a marans egg. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it happen. The two sussex/marans chicks each have one tiny little feather on each outside toe. It's precious. :love

thats funny. when i had to bathe my moms little dog i would fill the bathtub then just hold her over it to watch her swim before her feet even hit the water. cracked me up every time. ( yes, i realize that was not nice).
