Q-tip & Prissy are a better quality of bird than my others so would like to get a better roo for them.

That does look like wry neck there camping, as the breed is not vaulted I would say it's a vit deficiency. Polyvisol non iron twice a day could help. Must be non iron as the birds can't pass the iron through them and in can build up in them.
I did an article on wry neck , I will dig it out for you.
