Just enjoy them for awhile? Weren't you saying how you always wanted broodies and babies? The mamas will do all the work. And they don't all make it.

Ive never had mama w/ babies before. the first one that hatched was abandoned in the rain the next drowned 3rd scalped. so i am just collecting them now. the one i got today was still wet. the thing is they will need heat this winter.

tried to do a head count in there today. about 30. 10 in the house and how many more to hatch. I dont know what happened.

camping i have bantams i love them all are named and very friendly..my yorkie mix spud loves them too and i was surprised they like him too..he keeps an eye on them when i let them out..

i was teasing. I have been with mine for over 20yrs. and i cant even say the good outweighs the bad. I wouldnt change a thing though
