and the fried chicken was tender. LOL Just need to know how to cook it right.

Fry in a cast iron skillet. Brown on both sides then put a lid on for 10 min. Reduce heat during this time. Makes meat tender.

I never use my skillet for anything except cornbread. LOL I dont have any used oil. cant keep bacon grease. It gets used faster then It gets made. After mom made it she drained the grease and poured a jar of alfredo sauce over it.

She also said thats why so many are having low iron issues , No one using their skillets anymore.
