Morning Camping, I was looking at your picture again and I wonder, Have you ever done pro pics ?  I bet  you could .

Thanks! I didn't do professional photography, but I took a couple of classes in college as part of the journalism program. It was easier to take my own pics than try to schedule a photographer, and sometimes I got a few extra bucks from it.

a portfolio of your nature pictures chickens, flooding, ect.... would be an awesome gift to leave your children or even your self in later years. I mean, computer is good and all that but not like sitting down and going through the years and saying Oh ya, I remember that...

Good morning everyone. My head is pounding again. Granny I hope you are feeling better this morning. Hatch day for quail... Not expecting them to hatch. The car drives awesome, I am in love with it.

I never use my skillet for anything except cornbread. LOL   I dont have any used oil.  cant keep bacon grease. It gets used faster then It gets made.   After mom made it she drained the grease and poured a jar of alfredo sauce over it.       She also said thats why so many are having low iron issues , No one using their skillets anymore. 

I use canola or peanut oil not used. Dip chicken in buttermilk then flour. Funny u brought this up as i had planned to fry chicken breasts today.

Vegetable oil is fine. Iron skillet gives great crust.
