that happens here too..pepperoni  is the worse..mine lays with me under the cover ..when he farts  i get up really quick..yuk

I have 2 of these too. The other half always feeds them and the cat and wonders why he is an animal magnet at meal times

thats alright, Tom does. LOL I got the cornbread burned before it even went in the oven. Unbelievable !

does 400 sound right to bake it ? I hadnt used my iron skillet in a long time so I washed it and put it on the stove to dry. After it was dry i added some oil. I finished mixing the bread and poured it up . standing there looking at it and smelled the burn. (sigh) Before it had a chance to see the oven !

Lol. How hot is it in your kitchen?
Try 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Fork test to see if it's done. Should I give you my recipe too?

thanks, I dont have a recipe for anything. i just dump and stir. and i push on it to see if it bounces

Did i mention I hate the kitchen ??? I make him corn bread and now he is pushing my buttons. says, "you should go out to that fruit stand and see if they have any green beans. ya right, and he should go install some electric in my coop !

dinner sucked. the cornbread wasnt burned too bad. a circle in the middle but the crust was hard as a rock. Ol grannys gums are sore. I got a piece down the wind pipe . Tom asked how much pepper i used. ummm, none . oh well, Im not hungry.
