bantam think but not too small they are but 4 weeks old i would guess

shoot, wish i could see them. lol a neighbor came to the house and brought one in. he said it was hen , the other has a comb.it has the same black and white barring but not the white head yet.probably about the size of a fist or just a hair smaller then the head and tail. maybe i can get some one out there.

my phone is out of min. will it still take pics. and be able to post them?? 2 more days till i see the surgeon and get stitches out. maybe he will let me put weight on my foot. if he does i dont see why i wouldnt be able to go out there unless its still open some and worry of infection could stop me.

You will still be able to take pics but not post them. I do hope your surgeon's visit is the best possible! You may still be in a cast, but possibly a walking one. With my hand I was in a hard cast for a month then a removable one for another month (tendon also). No stitches to be removed as they all dissolved. Those are very pretty birds. I am especially drawn to the dark ones.

they took part of my heel bone, 2 spurs and the Achilles tendon was completely ripped away. . they put screws(anchors) in reainig heel bone and attached the tendon to the bone. i have heard 2 different stories but they both last 6 months. they will take the cast off tuesday, stitches out and i guess whats needed afterwards, another cast or the walking boot. i was told the cast., my family the boot either way, it will be progress. lol i want to get them fayoumis out to the coop with the others but no one here will touch the chickens. they are afraid of them.

no pain pills today . was ok today, starting to hurt pretty good now. maybe before bed. i think its from where i fell, it feels like a cut. well, tomorrow someone is coming over and try to take me outside. without falling that is. i hope it works and i get to see my little ones. i can tell if they have been feeding them good or not. lol pretty excited just at the thought of going out. i will get under the tulip tree and have them tote my coffee out and soak up the sun and breath in the fresh air. eeeeeeekkkkkkkkk, thats me putting the brakes on. ok, so maybe not the fresh air part but i can do all the rest of it. hopefully we can get some pics. too but no promises because its not up to me.
