I'm up to two of the speckled sussex chicks and one half SS/orpington that I'm hoping is blue. It's very silvery right now.

I think there are 22 of the juveniles, 18 in the tractor and 4 in the yard.

Another pic of the three. I tried to edit the photo to get the colors more true. And of course you can see the other 50 eggs behind them.

The two sussex eggs were #8 and #3, and I have notes on them all through the past three weeks. They had the best early veins, most active embryos, and best candling overall. In egg #8 one of the times I could very clearly see its foot. Such a rare treat.

So of course I don't want to sell them at all.
