Granny a male duck actually has a penis. Female ducks are anatomically built to accept a penis. Roosters do not have a penis, the contact between a hen and a rooster causes him to literally 'shoot' the semen into the hen.

When drakes force a hen to mate, his penis can cause damage when he inserts it into her cloaca. She just is not built to accommodate a penis.

Thank you wishing and lisa, I somehow feel much better talking about it. and to know i am trying to do the right thing. Sil knows, kids know. the older ones anyway.   NOW, you all have me very curious as to a ducks pee pee. LOL  sick granny !   I feel like my mother did.  If all the birds interbreed there would be no red birds or blue birds.

The ducks pee pee is also very odd, it has barbs on it... Lol

Their mating habits are just one of the reasons that I find ducks sooooooooo disgusting. One summer of ducks cured me. That was 25 years ago and I STILL have things burned in my brain that I saw.

Don't have to watch cats. Only have one indoor cat. Any stray cats that are around, I trap and dispose of.

mine are fixed. I can get a cat from shelter for $9. already fixed and shots, wormed.
