King huh? My Grandma Kellogg taught 40 years in Livingston Co, just east of Lansing. My great Aunt was married to a Kernie King. I'm from Howell, we have an old Kellogg family cemetery I played in as a kid. When you get snowed in, have a look at Livingston Co Mi. Some sordid KKK history not connected to the Kelloggs though. Most of my fam is in Cohocta and Howell. Farmers. Corn and dairy.

It sounds like we all had chicken on our minds for the weekend. I just pulled a large meat bird from the freezer last night & put it in fridge to thaw for family get together Sunday. The funny part of the get together is usually because I've kept the grandkids for the weekend. So after taking care of a 21 month old & a 3 month old I can try to cook a large family dinner that the kids show up to just before dinner is ready ha ha Then because its a 2 hour drive home, they leave right after dinner. I would rather have pizza

Ben found Pigeon. She's in a crate by the back door, just on the other side of the sofa. He was doing well with relaxing until he realized she was in there. Now he's just pacing and cscenting. It's good, though, because if he goes too close he's self-correcting before I call him back.

That's good stuff. I love choc Labs. So happy you took him in and have the patience to train him.

Nope, Mutt will take the little ones. i can take the 19 yr old if he is handy with a hammer but if he is like his dad i dont know.....

he's very handy. But he's just like me so you probably wouldn't want him. Kinda looks like jaks on tv show sons of anarchy.

Having pork roast probably baked in apples and onions. Not sure what else yet. Although a pork roast cooked in homemade sauerkraut and onions is good to.
