no, not still stuck . lol I did however basically just go straight ahead on it. had no idea what to do.  so the dr., except for some blockage at the branch that goes to both legs he seems to think i am fine. he thinks it is all bone related and asked if i had been diagnosed with spinal stenosis . I dont even know what that is. Hand was hurting so bad and he didnt know so I left there and went to my regular dr. he wasnt in but nurse took xray and drew blood for gout. I felt funny the whole time i was gone , tired i guess . hit my chair and slept 6 hrs. just now up and nothing done today including the chickens.  its very dark out now.

Granny glad you checked in, but I thought you were seeing a specialist on your heel today? Guess I'm confused :dunno its nice that your doctors office took xrays & blood test even though your doctor wasn't in. I'm almost positive my doctor office wouldn't do that. Spinal stenosis is what Red suffers with. He had the surgery to try & fix it but it didn't work.

Thank you honey for the kind words. I'm sure you have a lot of those days yourself. I was a work horse, never thought anything would change for a long time to come, but unfortunately life has a way of smacking us in the face when we least expect it to. Some days are tougher than others, but so blessed by all of you holding me up on the days I am weak

Granny I have severe spinal stenosis. Did you have an mri?

Thank for checking on our granny Mare. It is beyond me why any engineer would think a round about would be a solution to a problem traffic area. The first time I ever experienced a round about was on a road trip that my mom & I went on a few years ago. The GPS just keep saying RECALCULATING turn left. After going a round & a round a few times I finally jumped off & we guessed were we should be going

That was after one of her unauthorized swims in the pond.......for the first couple of years we had her she just couldn't help herself and would leap in any chance she got, and come out smelling like swamp.......and looking VERY pleased with herself.

Doing pretty good, this site always cheers me up. So glad you were able to get the swings down & you reached your goal. I understand completely where you are coming from, its so hard to not be able to do what you used to be able to do. That frustrates me every day, but when I stop having my pity party I realize that there a far worse off people than myself. So I pull up my big girl pants & do what I can do. Doesn't mean there aren't many tears of pain & frustration, but we must learn to pat ourselves on the back for what we did achomplish for the day friend

Thanks chicken lady. I also look around and see that there's people worse off then me. Thank God I can still walk at all. This thread also makes me happy.

after I got close to the hospital (still thinking about the round a bout) I blew a stop sign and some man blew his horn at me to get my attention so he could wave at me. with one finger.
