shoot no. no eggs at all from that coop. Im glad you brought that up . I wanted to ask about the food again. I changed them from flock riser to TSC laying feed. and they stopped laying. they really want the cracked corn but I was told too much is not good. Im not sure why ? I am saving money on the food and dont really need the eggs anyway but worry about the health of them with this feed. the duck too

I seen a few trucks today with them in the back.. looked like it was all does.

Last month I bought a couple bags of layer feed. My birds hate it after having All flock raiser. With my older gals molting I went back to the higher protein food. It does cost more though & that stinks. Mine just absolutely love the fermented feed I make out of it.

I seen a few trucks today with them in the back.. looked like it was all does.

I heard a whole lot of shooting, but none of the folks I actually saw had anything -- made DS break out his "safety vest" just to go into the trees at the edge of the property where his fort/shack is at.

Tomorrow is opening day for rifle season here. Keeping fingers crossed that dd & hubby get one or at least one of them.

Good idea, with the way some people use guns I think maybe staying away from the edge of the property would be his best bet.
