I would not worry if you got it from the amish. You did notice that the "wild" game is all actually farm raised ??

Try getting in touch with the folks out at Pate's Pantry in Hanover - they may either have some in house or be able to help you with sourcing some.

I have not seen this place mare but i will. thank you. The amish are not clean at all. they think bathing is vain in the eyes of God and will only do it once a week at a max. they stink. their houses are dirty .
