Got an answer on the sussex thread! Apparently this is fine. Y'all know that SS get more white with every molt, but they said a roo that does this produces chicks with too much white. So he's still good for breeding!

So who's got a favorite method for trimming spurs?

Twist them off with a pair of pliers. My rooster didn't even flinch!

I'm home! The weather was wet and cold, but I think we did pretty well! A lady showed up with her nearly grown sons, and she spoke some words over me. That was pretty neat; she was just passing through from Houston.

My new friend had the fastest time at 26 minutes. My kids played in rain and puddles so I've got them warning up in a shower. I'm going to have some coffee!

Sciatica pain is painful to.everyone mine put me down for the count and because it's nerve pain most pain meds won't help I have diabetic neuropathy and my lyrica a actually helps my sciatica some

Hi Willzpapa welcome to the thread. My back doctor has suggested Lyrics, but I'm a little apprehensive about taking it because of all the side effects. I'm the patient who if there is side effects I'm the one to have problems with them. I'm glad that Lyrics is helping with your neuropathy & sciatic nerve pain. Thanks for sharing the information

Me too star. Its a cruel twist of fate . I have finally found true friends after all this time in my life. People I can relate to and talk easy with and all but one live so very far from me.  Of course if we had met in person I think all of us are so shy we would not of even spoke so I am so very happy for BYC . I know this place and all of you keep me sane in an otherwise very hard life.

I am not shy, not even a little...... Just ask anybody I work with. I can even get the quiet ones to talk.

I havent started the interview. I have writers block    Hello my name is granny and I am a chickenholic    Been reading others . I am studing to be a dr., I am a vet, I am a rocket scientist.  I am a bum.

I was contacted when I was in ND to do an interview. I begged off, telling them i was just too distracted then to do an interview justice. I promised them I would get back with them when life was more normal..... Ha Ha! Maybe if I ever get moved? Or is life ever normal?

I have data again! I could go to a public WIFI location but I don't have any up to date virus protection...... And don't knowhow to install it. Mike used to do this for me, but, he no longer keeps Internet at his place.

Mike is not doing well. He does not have an appetite. When he does eat, he is really good about staying on his diet restrictions. He has no energy, at all so sleeps most of the time. The only thing he enjoys any more is sitting in the shower letting the warm water beat down on him.

I have 222 pages of posts to catch up on.
