Granny, do you want to call and let me walk you through it step by step as you do it?

I think I got it besides who bothers someone to tell them how to cook when you have to do it yourself ? Im just gonna get it started she can deal with the rest. thank you for the kind offer though.

For the gravy I use the pan drippings, skim off some of the fat and discard or feed it to the chickens. Then I make a slurry out of flour and water and pour it slowly in to the cooking drippings and keep heating until it thickens. Keep stirring the whole time and scrape the browned bits of the bottom of the pan while stirring. Use the pan the turkey was cooked in. Salt the gravy AFTER you have tasted it. Turkeys are sometimes injected with a salt solution to keep them moist so it's easy to get the gravy too salty!

the beans are ready to go in . they are tasty. the eggs stink in the fridge. I used saran wrap to cover them. not very well by the smell of them..

I wonder how the EE died ? she was sitting on those poor eggs and she was stiff with her legs bent . No sign of illness at all, good weight, no egg bound . clear eyes, fine yesterday. Only thing i can think of is i was lied to and she was older then i was told.
