The same vegans I was describing earlier are really haters of meat producers I mean they won't even eat an egg

Something I've always wondered - the vegan types go on and on about "living beings", but plants *are* living things -- so why is it they can/will eat one type of living thing but not bat an eye at murdering that poor carrot, ripping it out of it's home, away from it's family and chopping into it with sharp objects then tossing it into a hot pan to cook it to death???

every once in a while I have a guest ask about a place with a good salad bar    I look at them and say around here (beef country) we call that silage and feed it to the cattle.

I'm the president. Oh and my chickens love ham, beef , deer, squirrel, dove, chicken (yea they're cannibals. And anything else that they can catch. They nearly mugged pearl when she designed to eat outside. One almost flew into her plate. Guess you could say my chickens are members of ceta.

Twist, I had two SLW hens. They were brutal bullies. Even the rooster avoided them. They never did lay an egg any where near the same size as BR hens. I ate them when they turned a year old. Egg production immediately went up. I never realized they were causing that much disruption in the coop. I will never own another one.

All of mine are in a separate coop and they are laying well but the size is really starting to tick me off.

On another front the Hmong feller here yesterday ,granny said to ask $1000 for 100 birds and he handed me the money and didnt bat an eye ,hummmmm should i have asked for more LOL ?????
