Ill bet money your getting ready to process chickens that I would throw rocks at mine to get yours .

oh granny I so am, and I am sorry. I am also very torn on the little dark cornish bantams I got to eat, I keep procrasting cause they are so little and pretty, the colors are amazing rusty and black and ugghhhh but I cant have so many chickens spec over winter. I could sell them, but I dont really sell anything I grow out, we just eatum.

you betcha, they are my project birds and all came from a hen that lays a 110 + gram egg.

So they are amazing huge super layers of colored eggs, they are cute and sweet, AND they are great for meat birds too. its a win win on my project. First gen is sexable as well. But not so much the next and the next, gonna try to breed back to a BR roo, and see what I get, but I need a good roo first.
