morning everyone.

Well there are 2 less coons in the world as of noon yesterday. Momma and baby went into the un-baited live trap. At this rate I should have been skinning them could of had a fur coat or comforter. No dead chickens

A big part of the problem ( I believe) is our seasonal creek and a lot of the cattle watering ponds are about dried up and the frogs and such have disappeared. We had coon problems the first year or so out there as well but they weren't killing chickens BUT a whole lot of farm/barn cats went missing.

Hope i don t have a chicken snake. I saw eggs in nest yesterday afternoon as i went to garden. 2 hrs later no eggs.

morning, I am sleeping later and later. Just couldnt fall asleep last night/this am. LOL I didnt set the trap for my predator. Told him not to use that cage . He did anyway. Its a dog kennel. the wire kind. It got that serama out of the gap without missing one feather.

I am a chronic worrier. Nothing more then normal.

Morning. I'm mad at the kids. A few days ago there was a small wet spot on the floor. It looked like bubba rolled out of bed and peed. No big deal, accidents happen. Well a blanket got put over it, and another, and another. This morning the entire pile is saturated, and the spot is as big as a kitchen rug.

I'm furious.

It smells horrible, and ruined several books and my day. It's in the middle of the room, so nothing is leaking in from somewhere else. There's no way it's all pee, because I've seen bubba on the potty and it's not possible that he has that much pee in his body. Life's unsilved mysteries.
