The first night is always the worst!

It is. I gave up and peach slept on my bed. (I had people living above me - I was in a basement suite at the time)

...she slept with me every night until she got older. Then she just split between sleeping in her chair, on the futon, or with me.

Now that we're living with the hubs....she'll sleep on her bed rarely, sometimes the floor, and usually the futon.
