Checking out a place tonight. 2 bath three bed on about half an acre. We shall see...this is the one we're kinda excited to check out. Been on the market a while too so may be able to offer lower.

There was another one that popped up this weekend that would have been perfect - acre and a half, four car garage/shop for hubs - a good 20k above our top end. Dang.

Oy - I'm feeling the work from yesterday this morning, lol. Funny, bounced out of bed and started into my morning routine of lunch packing, laundry starting, etc and kept thinking, "Why are my arms so sore today?" ....even said to DH "I must have slept wrong or something" and he's just looking at me like, "Really? Do you not remember what you did yesterday?".....Oh, yeah, that.......it's a good sore, though, and a bit of a reminder just how out of shape I have allowed myself to become recently if that is all it takes to make me sore.
Got the boys off to work/school, took Z for a good long play session at the park and now it's time to tackle the house. Not being home yesterday leaves me feeling a bit behind - plus have some "extras" to tackle today. Borrowed MIL's iron because I still can't find mine - need to hurry up and get the curtains pressed and hung - should probably get that done today so I can get her iron back to her in case she needs it. It's half day for DS today and I promised to pick him up and drive him over to the lumber yard to meet FIL - they are going to be picking up the lumber for their first building project and then FIL is taking DS home with him to get started on the build. It is so awesome to me that they are able to do stuff like that!
Think I'm going to run away for the weekend - mom, both sisters and I are going to have a pajama party down at the farm!! Kind of excited about that. We're going to take some pictures while we're all together, one of my mom's deepest wishes for the last several years has been to have a picture with all of her girls. Mom and visiting sister are leaving Monday to get VS over to Montana where she'll be living for at least the next several months - not sure what the future will hold for her after that, but am fairly certain it will involve a fair amount of drama(it's been a long few days since she arrived, lol).

Alas, that one is about two projects out at this point --- this build is a little entertainment center type thing for DS's bedroom. He designed it himself, drew up the building plans and everything, and is very excited to get into the workshop with his papa! Coop comes after that and the wardrobe/armoire for the bedroom -- coop can wait a bit, as long as I get to start chicks in the spring I'm good (though I did find myself drooling over chicks AGAIN yesterday -- stopped by the farm store with mom and, of course, they had big, lovely bins of chicks)

Hi again, I fell back asleep. DD and baby just left , The boys are in their rooms and pup is silent for a change. Feels good. for a min. any way.
Tom has asked me for grilled cheese . I honestly feel like pouring salt on them then I thought, When did I become vindictive ? Im not. so I wont but I sure would like to. I did try to give his thermos away though . She wouldnt take it.
Sun is shining and air is kicking on so I will assume its warm out.
It sprinkled for a second.
I am waiting for my pill to kick in before I do any thing. Lots of pain this am. Tomorrow is teacher /parent and I have pain clinic appt. on the 10th. Other then that the time is mine.
