how did you come up with that number ??

what I did was take 40 lbs divided by 7 days = 5.71 pounds a day and then divided by 25 chicks I get .2285 pounds a day per chick

never mind tried it this way and get the same answer 40 lbs time 16 (oz in pd) divide by 7 days and then divide by 25 chicks and I get 3.7 oz per day
