Growing Spur on Chicken

Thank you. I was able to identify the bugs as mites. I am so thankful to the poultry dust as that took care of the issue; cleaned the coop and bathed each of the chickens in it. I brought the gamehen back into the house the next day, as she showed no more signs of mites. Just been hard as I like to spoil my chickens. Never dealt with any health issues in the wintertime, until I moved to this new area. I think my coop is too exposed to the elements here and did get an extra tarp up on it for the reminder of the winter. This coming spring, I'm going to redo the coop and winterize it as needed.

Never ever saw this coming, especially since this chicken usually stays inside to herself. Thank you though for the encouragement.
