Halloween/Thanksgiving Hatch-a-Long 2019

Pics
I feel like a child on Easter morning some days when my chickens lay eggs in random places. I couldn't imagine looking for little quail eggs, I would be looking for days
my quail girls tend to lay around the perimeter of the aviary or in the hideaways so while it is somewhat of an easter egg hunt everyday, they are usually easy to spot!!

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to incubators, do I leave the red plug in?

Sorry if this is a stupid question
