I lost a few quail overnight. The temperature keeps fluctuating, and that’s all I can pinpoint. You’re all here, so I am mentioning it here. If anyone has another idea, I am listening.

Any signs of illness? Behavior off? Check the poop.

It definitely seems like it would be draining, especially at those kill shelters. There’s sooooo many dogs down south. Lots of other places to but especially down there.

Our crazy pup was found wandering the backroads of Georgia, alone. Her condition said she was on her own for at least a week or two. Her personality said that she'd been raised with people, not feral. The vet put her at 12-13 weeks old when she was found. Who in the Hades drops a three month old puppy in the middle of nowhere to starve?

Well those are the first and simplest things to look for. As long as theyre dry i dont think you should be loosing them unless its freezing for an extended period of time and i donno what could be going on. Sorry

True but plenty of people also purposely dump animals. I’m assuming the owner was never found @MROO ? In which case she wasn’t probably dumped

Sadly that kind of thing is pretty common. People even toss puppies and kittens out moving cars
