I just looked at my list of eggs from the swap.... If you owe me eggs, please PM me before you send. I am trying to prevent an "overage" if you know what I mean.

I'm pretty sure I have a bad case of "I need some of those" cause I just made a list of what I have and what I have coming and I almost fainted.....23 different breeds...... That's not counting the sub-divisions ie. Silkies (white, splash,black, blue) and so on.... My hubby is going to KILL me if he starts counting

I truly do think I should hatch and look at each breed so I can decide if it is a good fit for me, right????

Wish you were closer so I could hide them at your house!! Keep telling myself I will sell or trade most of them. I just don't know how long it will take me to decide what I "really" want to keep

I want turkeys sooo badly, but our neighbor makes it impossible. She actually sent me a letter this week asking me to keep my husband "quieter" when he and his friends are close to her property boundary as it "disturbs her peace and tranquility". Wonder what she is going to say when the peacocks realize it's spring????

ummmmm she lives in the country. country= animals.....

it really irks me when city people move to the country and expect to not hear animals!!!!

that USED to work with me and the horses. When we were breeding and getting good money my husband was like Ok. Then one year he would come home off the road and had been gone 4-5 weeks, he saw a paint out in the field. He said we don't have a paint is that the amish neighbors horse again? ah, no ours

, huh????? well long story short, was at an auction petting the horses and this one licked my hand and would nicker to me each time I passed him. ok, sucker!!!!! from then on each time my husband came home he would start counting the horses to make sure I didn't slip one in on him. That was the last time I bought a paint or anything else for that matter..........

couldn't fool him anymore. Once he started counting he started asking, WHERE did that one come from and when did you get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hmmmmmm 3 years ago!!!!!!
