Sah, I'm sorry, I haven't been up with posts all day but YES -- if he is running a fever, he got an infection from the wound. Get him to the dr. first thing tomorrow, or asap if his condition worsens or the fever spikes back up.

This is why I'm happy I have friends that have a stash of meds from Mexico. I can just go and pick up some penicillin if needed. We don't have insurance either. It does seem as if there's an infection there.

For N.J. single spot on head is that male or female? I have one hatched with a spot on top of the head. Not as active as I would like at this point, but I am hoping rest will help.

I was told small spot is female and large spot like almost the whole head is male.

Oh awesome! No I totally didn't see it in a pm! I was about to go hunt down some postal workers. Oh and when DH saw me packing up some of our tomato sauce, he was like "ummmm what are you doing????" I told him I was sending a care package to a friend. He says "that better be some SPECIAL friend Heather Marie!" it's thin because we use it for soup base but its INTENSE! You can reduce it further for pasta and its like pubch you in the face TOMATO!!!!!!! I'm glad you like everything. That was a HEAVY package.

Nicole is on her way to the ER. It worries me that it was wire buried combined with chicken poop, etc. I am sure they will culture it do some labs and start some abx. Better to be safe than sorry.

As far as my new babies there are gold laced, jubilee, and a few more chocolate. More to come, but I am not sure when, maybe next week. I need more room. I just hatched out 7/8 CCL from Madamwlf, and got another white one in this bunch! Awesome!!
