So far six tiny, tiny button quail from smfildes. Each is a different color. They are fast, fast, fast. And they are the most amazing things! Even if no more hatch, I'd still be thrilled!

I've also got two of my EOs out. First was splash and second was blue. At least one more is pipped.

The first chick of 2013 has hatched at NotAFarm!!

It is a Salmon Favorelle from Crystal (caj1985) that I brought back from Arkansas three weeks ago!!

It is peeping up a storm to encourage the others to join it......I'm hoping someone else hatches before bedtime or the DH and DS aren't going to be happy listening to peeping all night.....to me....peeping is good great! It means the fuzzies have started!!

That the other 11 are out soon!!

I have some of Crystals fuzzy butts too....the latest hatch from her is 3 Favs, 4 SBB's and 2 AB's

Well I hope everyone is doing better today. There is way too many pages to try and catch up. I haven't been on today. I had a swap meet today and I unloaded a ton of my well started birds. So glad to a lot less work. Then I had to clean the brooders and feed and water everyone and then tend to the sick orps. One isn't looking very good. It is one of the smaller ones.

The seller left me negative feedback since I left them negative. I contacted RBA again about it. So we will see. They never responded last time. I did my part. I paid for the auction right after it ended. I still haven't been refunded 1 cent for the dead or sick birds or the not chocolate ones. They are saying that I got my money back and I stole the birds.

This is the feedback they left me: They are extremely rude in their emails. First they took my birds. Then they took my money. They refuse to return my "sick" birds that they don't need anymore or my money after Paypal and I have politely asked for either option. I have been forced to take them to Paypal court to get my birds back or at least the money I am owed for my birds. If I could file a police report on them, I would

Really if this is true then where is my refund at if I took there money.

• 4/5/2013 12:22 PDT - Buyer: The birds received were not what I purchased. They were all supposed to be Chocolate. There was 2 dead in the box. They have scaly Leg Mites, Coccidiosus & are skinny. These were supposed to be healthy birds and they are not they are sickly. I did not get what I purchased. The auction stated Chocolate Bantam Orps not splits. Also they shipped in a non approved USPS box. So this delayed shipment and arrived 2 days late.
• 4/5/2013 10:44 PDT - Seller: If you deduct the 2 dead birds & the 2 black birds, you get $48.88 due to you. You don't get to keep 5 live birds (sick or not) and at the same time ask for $159.99!! You need to kill all 5 remaining birds so that then you are entitled to your full refund

• 4/5/2013 06:57 PDT - Buyer: 2 of the birds showed up dead, Not shipped in a usps approved box. Birds are not colors that were represented. Birds are sick and pooing blood. Sickly Birds, Shipped in unapproved box, Did not ship what was stated in the auction.

Means I have to ship the birds back for any kind of refund and I have to pay to ship them back to the seller.

If I don't send them back I don't get any type of refund.

I also save all of the sellers emails. I never once was rude to them. They were rude towards me. I am just so done with this seller. I am ready to just chalk it up. But now I have 2 negative feedbacks on my account from them that I didn't deserve. I did my part.

Them birds are better off with me as I care about them and they obviously don't.

how can you "take" birds that they shipped you, after you paid...and how can you "take" money that you paid, and they are refusing to refund? That is a confusing, nonsensical feedback.
How very heartless of them to tell you to kill the ones that haven't died already...

I hope RBA sides with you on this one. The individual you're talking about has been shady on more deals than just this one. I sure hope the chicks survive! How are they doing now? Didn't he offer to refund $50 for the dead ones? That is right in his Paypal reply. Can't you claim that at least and still be done with him?
