Hatchling Help

Good Morning-

My friend hatched 8 pekins this week. Number nine seems to be stuck in the shell and very weak, but is cheeping and has lived through the night. Can anyone give any suggestions how to help this little one and my friend. This is her first time hatching eggs and she is SO upset!

Also those experienced are Lacrystol and casportpony both are experienced hatchers you might want to PM them.
