Do you know what happened? Is this a hen or rooster? As much information as you can provide would be helpful.
This is a 6month old Rooster. I thought a week ago it was fighting. Now I'm not sure what's going on. He does have leasio s inside his mouth as well.

That is what I wondered as well, if he'd been beaten up.
It may be a very severe case of fowl pox. With lesions inside the mouth that would make it the wet form and that is more serious. Supportive care is really all you can do for that. Canker can also cause lesions inside the mouth. If he's sick with something it's also possible that he was attacked for that reason, and maybe more than one thing going on.
Is the eye itself damaged? For that I would use terramycin eye ointment (tractor supply stores and some feed stores carry it non prescription) or plain neosporin in the eye a couple of times a day. I will tag a couple of others to see if they have anything more.

This is a duplicate thread, and I posted on the first one:

I also thought about this could be possible injuries from fighting, but went on about fowl pox. I would do as Coach723 said to look for canker, which causes bad odor and yellow gunk inside the beak. Wet fowl pox causes yellow gunk inside the beak as well.

If you could take a picture of the open beak that may be helpful, and let us know if there is a bad odor.
