I get mine from the pharmacy. I looked at Walmart the other day, and they have a 2 month supply for like $6 but it doesn't have all the B vitamins in it, but it does say metabolism booster.

I wish I was skinny Minnie, I use to be. I weighed between 93-98 and now after 3 kids I weigh..................... drum roll please

I start back to school on Monday and will drop to about 125 with all the walking and hopefully with the B total I am hoping for another 10 lb drop at least. I'm dreaming, doesn't hurt a girl to dream.

Really, I love the BTotal and it does work good. I think you will really like it. It's our metabolism that slows down and makes it hard for us lose weight.

I think I am gonna check it out, I think it would be fun too! Maybe not so embarrassing since I am in such a small town.

The first two weeks is the hardest on a low Carb diet. make it through each day and remember the cravings will go away. There are a bunch of things happening in a low carb diet first and foremost you are going through withdrawal from the carbs. But your body needs energy so it can convert the fats from your foods into energy.... its possible but what happens is it is MUCH easier to turn stored body fat into energy. When that switch gets flipped is when your cravings diminsh. And the interesting thing is when you burn your own fat for energy the chemicals that your body creats to make that happen also give you clarity of thought and energy and motivation to do "stuff"

I really want that again.....

This is the one I use:

http://www.google.com/products/cata...a=X&ei=ExhGTuaNIuGKsALcxeiSCA&ved=0CDUQ8wIwAg

Amazon has it for $10.05 for a 2 month supply, that includes shipping. I pay $9.95 plus tax at the pharmacy.

Hahaha thank you!

LOL.......... Yes, I do think it makes a difference on what kind you get because not all of them are Total's which usually only put like two B Vitamins in them. I thought I got lucky to find it at Walmart, but it only had 2 of the B Vitmains in it, so I'll just get some more from the pharmacy.

I think if you try this, you will really like it. It really makes a big difference.

Arabian I know many who RAVE about zumba! Give it a try.

For dieting have any of you tried eating more PALEO/PRIMAL basically it is eating more fats and few to none carbs. The fat helps you not crave the carbs so much. I have just started and feel really good. I started reading about it at Marksdailyapple.com His principles and exercise are very doable for the weight challenged.
His 10 steps to primal are:
1 Eat lots of plants and animals
2 Grains are equal to sugar, you need to eliminate both
3 Move frequently at a slower pace
4 lift heavy things
5 sprint once in awhile
6 get enough sleep
7 play
8 get enough sun
9 be aware of your surroundings
10 use your brain
NO to: sugar, wheat, rice, pasta, corn, grains, etc
Yes to: meat, fish, fowl, nuts (except peanuts) seeds colorful carbs (which are small amounts of fruit and lots of veggies)

Has anyone else converted to this lifestyle with success? I know I feel better but would love to hear from others.
