Help! assisting a hatching chick! There is blood! *pictures* HELP

The chick is now chirping a lot more. Its not in the bator yet but I'm about to put it in once the temp/humidity are right.

Usually for the last few days you don’t turn them and put the temperature and humidity up. If it’s still struggling after 24 hrs then help it.

The chick is also pushing against the shell and membrane more. Do you think he's getting ready to hatch? He's in the incubator now and his chirps as less frantic now but hes still chirping. Is that good?

Yes it’s natural for them to chirp. Yes I think it’s getting ready to hatch.
