Help! Baby chick was moving day 21, all the other eggs hatched now she’s not moving anymore. There’s no sign of a pipping inside or out. Day 22

Baby chick was moving day 21, all the other eggs hatched now she’s not moving anymore. There’s no sign of a pipping inside or out. What should I do?

When did you last candle? Could your incubator have a cool spot?

I don’t believe there are any cool spots. I candled this morning to look and see if it has pipped inside but I didn’t see anything. I noticed that the air sac was saddled. I have four babies in my lap right now that are perfectly healthy. I noticed yesterday when it was moving it had not pipped. I left the four chicks in overnight, hoping they would encourage it to hatch but in doing that I don’t know if it stopped moving yesterday or today!
