Help bumblefoot getting worse

Help my old lady has had bumblefoot but I have been treating it. She won’t walk on one of her feet. Her gails are turning purple. Please help

This is what I did. I put ointment on it most times. It is just getting worse. She her foot is turning purple so I am getting scared for her.

Are you wrapping the foot?

You should not have to clean out the core in the wound daily.
Follow the instructions that @dawg53 gave you.

Yes. I will wrap it again this morning but leave it alone after that.
