Help! Chicks Hair Pecked Out By Other Chicks?

I have 12 chicks that are now about 6 weeks old. Today I moved them from the brooder to a 5X5 Coop me and my Grandpa built.
I noticed that one of my bantams head was missing quite a few feathers so as I looked deeper into this issue and I noticed some blood at the base of what was left of them. I also sat and watched the behavior of the flock and noticed that some chicks were in fact actually pecking at her head. >=(

I put some 'Hen Healer' blue cream on the effected area today to help mask the scabs and hopefully deter the other hens from continuing but it did not seem to have much effect.
I plan to make a trip to my local feed store tomorrow and get some type of spray for this 'pecking' issue.
Does anybody have any recommendations on what to get? Or any advice on what I should do moving forward?
Also, I can take photos of her head if needed/desired!
Thank you very much for the help! I greatly appreciate it =)
Good luck to you and your flocks!

Blue kote...but be careful it stains everything. and consider seperating the chick for a little while if it doesn't stop. Unfortunately there is a pecking order to establish and she might already be at the bottom... are they all bantam? Or just a few? Bantams are much smaller then standards and therefore more likely to get pecked on if they can't get away, providing hiding places and things to keep the other busy can help... you could also seperate the bullies instead of its just 1 or 2

Yes the chick being pecked is one of 4 bantams.
Her condition became worse today so I decided to seperate her until the damage heals.
I Also added a water bucket with 'red' nipples for the chicks to keep them busy, Will See how it goes.
Thank you for the feed back - I really appreciate it !

Unfortunately, that area might not fill back in untill her adult feathers start to come in there. Hopefully once she's better and a little older she will to defend herself againest the bigger chickens. I know some people keep standards and bantams together, but sometimes becuase of the size and temperments they just don't as well and have to live seperatly. Just something to keep in mind

Thanks For The Feedback!
I ended up separating her and she is doing much better now. She even has new Hair slowly growing back already! =) Very Happy for her!
I also fenced off a large area for the girls to run and they are getting along much better since doing so.
I hope for things too keep going in the direction that they are.
Thanks Again
