Way back when, we used to put tetracycline drops in our cockatiels' water. It was sold over-the-counter at Woolworth's (Which dates me, but it's worth checking for, in these "modern days!)" Lots of places sell antibiotics online, so maybe someone here can recommend a type and dosage...?Thanks. Don't have a vet, and the only broad spectrum antibiotic I could find was sketchy off eBay. I would have to take them in to a vet and get a perscription, which we can't really do right now.
I would imagine she is in pain. You can order antibiotics on line fish antibiotics no different than what you get from the vet but you have to know weight before getting proper dose. I really don’t know what else you can do now except supportive care and hope and pray. Maybe someone else can help.

The dosage is just for fish tanks. Not sure how that applies to ducks.@Eggcessive are you good at dosing meds? @Lukemjm i am sorry it seems no one is on to help with dose is there any information on the package?
I need to look up the dose, but can't until I can get on the computer. Will you be able to give it orally?Borrowed a neigbor's scale. Our Saxony is 4.6lbs, our Pekin is 5.4lbs. I also got Erythromycin for fish. 200mg per packet. Can someone help me figure out how much to use per gallon of water? The ducks are only drinking about a quarter cup each per day .
