They seem to enjoy Nutritional Yeast if you can get some for them. I end up ordering it because I can't find it locally. My ducklings like it so much that they'll eat it plain if they can get to it.

Mine love it too but when a duckling has a problem the liquid b complex works better and faster.

We will see when they grow we think one of them is acutally a jumbo pekin cuz he was way bigger than the rest of them. Either way they are super cute been wanting ducks for long time.

White Layers are a breed that was developed to grow and mature faster than other breeds, so that they can start laying eggs with 4½-5 months of age. My White Layers were giants compared with the Magpie and Buff-Orpington ducklings. - Just enjoy the little ones as long as it lasts, don't blink or you will miss something!

If you have two ducks and are crushing vitamin b complex pills do I use just a pill a day?

You cannot overdose water soluble Vitamins like C and B. The excess is simply peed out, so don't worry too much.

Hi guys update the b complex is helping starting to notice a change in the injured duckling been trying to handle the ducks has much as possible.. one is super friendly and one likes to bite hard and bite anyone who holds... how do you correct it before it gets too big to correct.. i undertstand its a baby and learning but wanna teach young to not bite me.. its not a nibble its a good bite latches on to me

If mine I’d just put it down an ignore. Like time out. Some say grab bill and say no I am not sure that would work. Mainly just don’t give It a chance to bite. Keep hands face toes or what ever away.

He may outgrow the biting as he gets a little bigger. I have one, almost 2 months old now, who was quite the biter right from the start. Shortly after he was fluffed up he jumped out of my hand, sprinted across the couch and bit one of our cats in the face multiple times. The cat looked shocked. It was pretty funny. Anyway. He bit everyone and everything at every opportunity. Bit the dogs, the bigger ducklings, me, my husband, the cats. He would also bite very hard if he got a good piece of skin. He left marks that lasted for days a few times! I was concerned that he'd grow up to be a vicious beast and he has me wrapped around his little wing tips so ...
Anyway. He's almost 2 months old now and rarely even nibbles at us. He taps me with his bill when he's begging for treats in the kitchen but no more biting!
