I've had two that hatched out today my humidity is at 22%. It doesn't surprise me really. I didn't lock mine down because they aren't suppose to be hatching. Yet. Lol

I think she just stuck the eggs I the bator and plugged it in. I don't think she knew what lockdown is/means.

Lol no actually it was two Mille fleur Cochins. Silkies aren't due yet.
Well actually lock down was technically invented as a form of HANDS OFF. I've had several hatch still on the turner. Never locked down etc.
I strongly though would not recommend not locking down a duck.
