HELP! Impacted Crops?!?!!

I noticed this afternoon my favorite baby chick(8 weeks old) Was doing this weird neck thing like he had something hung up in is throat. Then tonight I noticed that a couple more of my chickens(10months-2 years) were doing it too! It's really starting to scare me. I had them on mashed, crumbled feed for a month or so and then I had them on pelleted food for a few days....they haven't had grit in a while, and they free-range. Please help me! I really don't want anything to happen to them I love all my birds! Thanks in advance!

Drop about 2-3 ml of olive oil to the ones that you think have it for a few days and massage their crop in the morning and the afternoon. Give them something soft like layer mash and natural yogurt to soften the food to help get rid of the bacteria build up in the crop too and I hope your girls get better
