Help! Is my flock infected?

Keep using the Neosporin. It's just as good as Terramycin, and this is my experience since I've used both, as well as Vetericyn eye gel. Vertericyn eye gel is nearly useless, and the gel is hard to get out of the bottle. It's frustrating and aggravating. By all means buy some if you enjoy being frustrated and aggravated. Saline works just as well and is cheap and easy and effective.

I had a hen just a couple weeks ago with a bubbly eye. All I did was to flush the eye with saline and she has had no further symptoms since.

I've also had a couple of cases of sinus infection. The symptoms are bubbly eye and often swelling under the eye. Again, this is minor. Eye flush and Neosporin or terramycin in the eye and it cleared right up.

With MG, it's rarely just one chicken. And if it does start with one chicken, others would be infected so quickly, you probably wouldn't have had time to notice the first chicken. I'd say it unlikely this is MG.
Do sinus infections usually have some blood involved in the eye discharge? I'm dealing with a sinus infection with one of my birds.

Awesome! Thank you so much!
I totally love being frustrated and aggravated, its my favorite thing, I'll definitely buy some lol! 😂😂 Just kidding!
I'll keep using Neosporin and Saline, thanks again!

No, not usually. If blood is present, something else may be going on. But it could also be something as simple and benign as a broken blood vessel.
I found an old thread on the subject. Looks like there's sometimes some blood.

That could be it to, a broken blood vessel. Just started treating it yesterday.
