Final update: THE DUMB DUCKS ARE OUT OF THE POND AND LUCKY NOT TO BE DINNER. Thank you all for your suggestions! They are going to be locked up in thier house for quite a while now!

finally lassoed the dock got it as close to the other dock as possible and made a bridge with the ladder one of us jumping on one side of the dock the other in scoop mode, Henry was plucked within the first hour of that...Eddy at least an hour later. and not quite as gently and with very few kind words...I have a feeling the neighbors may think we were having a domestic issue! I was waiting for the police to show up! LOL! But alas...they are warm and toasty...and I am off to bed for just under 3 hours until I have to get up and pull at 12 hr shift! Ahhhh....for the love of ducks. Thank you all again!
