Help! My humidity is 89 and ducklings just hatched this morning!

I helped takes a little of the eggshell off. He hatched and is resting in the incubator with another duckling who is really weak. He seems to be doing fine. I’m so happy that 8 out the 9 survived. They are so precious

Tommorow when the weak one has more of an appetite you can try offering some scrambled eggs, and maybe give him a drop or two of a poutry vitamin to give him a little boost. Just a little bit on the side of her bill, or you can dip her bill into the liquid for half of a second.

What is the best duckling food I should buy?

Purina Rasier Feed, All Flock Feed, or a feed formulated for Ducks. It's always a good idea to add a supplemental source of niacin to the feed as well, most people will use brewers yeast or nutritional yeast and sprinkle one tablespoon over a cup of feed. It's best not to use chick feed since it doesn't contain enough niacin for ducks.
