Help! My last barred rock is on one leg! Literally!!!!!

That's great! You still need to get a LOT more fluid into her than you can possibly syringe into her mouth. It's also safer to tube it, as you're not risking getting it into the trachea. You really need to get around 10% of their body weight per day in fluids (as per the Team Tube-Feeding thread).

I'm terribly affraid of doing it.
I just drop a couple drips onto her beak, with the beak horizontal and allow her to swallow it.

I think I have found the source of the smell.
Infection.
Deep cleaning wounds now.

My barred rock, who was also raised from a chick, won't put weight on her right leg. She was perfectly fine yesterday, and when i went out this morning, one of my black sex links alerted me to her huddled behind the nesting boxes. The SL was going at her hard and that is when I saw her lame leg. I have separated the BR from the rest of my flock, and have brought her inside due to fear she will get fly trap. Her vent is red and protruding out a little. This had to of happened last night, I believe, because of how nasty her fluffy butt feathers have become.
She did eat, but not so interested in water.

Please help. I don't want to lose another bird.

Hey! Wow that sucks... just a question. I am a lifetime horse, animal, chicken person. Have any of you had a cut and taken an epsom bath?? It hurts like hell! It's magnesium sulfate. It's used as a soaking bath with no wounds. Soap and water, clean it dry it, antibiotic cream wrap with gauze and vet wrap. Assess... take temperature to see for infection. Give her plenty of easy digestive foods and clean water.

I know it hurts but it is supposed to draw out infection.
Thank you for your advice.

@sbhkma does make a good point. Getting fluids into her is so important. I'm sure she will be able to give you some great tips.

I'm very sorry to hear that she has infection. Were you able to find any antibiotics? Most feed stores carry Penicillin in the refrigerated section - it would need to be given by injection. Alternatively you could try Tylan50 - it's used more for respiratory infections, but in a pinch it may help. If you do have vet assistance available, they can prescribe better meds.

Great news! She is alert and eating!
I picked some blueberries, mulberries, & black berries. Added a tiny bit of sugar and poured in some of the electrolyte water.
Then after collecting eggs, Koop accidentally cracked one, so that got added to her electrolyte berry soup as well.
