Help! My one duck just hatched and other two barely zipped

hey I’m super nervous my one duck just hatched and the other two only have about two external pips. She won’t sit still in there bumping her head I attached a video. What do I do leave her in there or take her out but that would obviously disrupt the humidity for the other two.i thought she would relax but she won’t sit still peeping and jumping around. It’s a mini brinsea with three eggs so it’s tight in there her foot almost got stuck in middle I’m a nervous wreck ahh please help .darn video is too large to attach
Thanks
I'm catching up now...
If you haven't already remove the one that hatched.
You opening the bator quickly to move the one out won't harm the others.

So the two hatched one at 10 pm last night second at 7 am today and the last one is making me nervous getting trampled on and turned upside down still not out I attached a picture will he be okay it’s only day 27 and first external pip was monday. When do I need to possibly help him? I’ve resisted opening incubator up this whole town and so far so good so I’m guessing I should be waiting
Thanks
You are waiting one one egg to hatch and it externally pipped 2 days ago?
Is this correct?

What is your humidity level at right now and what has it been at the whole time?
Have you candled this egg recently (today) to make sure it is still moving and alive?

Ok thanks - the one is literally laying completely on top now and snoozing on him like I guess no way can he get out now - I did see him while second was almost coming his little mouth was making like movement opening and closing real quick - I’ve heard him peeping during external pipping of all three and rattling his egg everything has been normal. Thanks
I'd get the hatched ones out now.

You can remove the 2 that already hatched, but how far behind the 2nd one did the 3rd one pip? How long has it actually been since the initial pip (in the egg still left to hatch)?
Check out the membrane around the pip hole. Does it look white or is it turning brown?

Do you have their brooder ready? It might be time to move the other two.
@KikisGirls @Pyxis @casportpony @Miss Lydia
It’s ready - tote- straw- two little starter food bowls each side of small water bowl and heat lamp I checked temp - I didn’t get a chance to google what’s best temp it was 100- 110 Fahrenheit is that too hot that’s the spot directly under lamp but tote is big size so they have a lot of space for three of em. Thanks

Yes they all pipped together - he was shaking and all just fine and started to zip and everything I could see his beak moving lips

No I started lockdown Monday because they pipped a day early day 24 and I was told to start lockdown since they pipped a day early
