Candle the one egg and make sure he is still alive.

Do you have an calibrated additional thermometer in your bator and a calibrated humidity gauge?

Your bator could be running slightly warmer ...hence the reason they started early?

I am concerned about the water I see on the lid of your bator.
I am wondering if your humidity level is too high.

Yes they all pipped together - he was shaking and all just fine and started to zip and everything I could see his beak moving lips

If it actually started to zip, and I mean if it has made any progress more than 1-2” in the proper direction, then he should be done by now. Once they start to zip, they should only rest briefly between zips, but should complete the process within roughly an hour.

Peel back a little bit of his shell to look. Are the veins gone? Don't do too much, slow and steady. What color is the membrane?

I hate to say this but...you should probably have checked on him sooner it may be too late.
Can you take a little of the shell away...right where he made the hole and look in?
If you see blood stop.
