Help! My one duck just hatched and other two barely zipped

Maybe 6 hours omg I feel so terrible I though topeninf it would’ve been worse I should’ve asked ugh ok I’ll go peel a little

I couldn’t see him like most of the last few hours because the other two turned him upside down I’m so upset right now that I thought to leave him alone and not open incubator this first hatch for me was super scary and stressful there’s so much info I feel like he not alive it’s darker color membrane and he’s not moving when I turned him around no way is he alive now I’m going to feel so guilty for the reason if it was high humidity or needing assist ughhh

It's really not as bad as everyone says to open the bator for quick checks.
Opening the bator quickly during lockdown is not going to make or break the hatch.

The correct temp and humidity through out the whole process is more important then right at the end...IMO.

Thanks that’s good to know I kept yelling at everyone to not open it a lot of info says it dries the membranes

You really shouldn't open it a lot but it is good to check at least once each day, I think, so you can keep track of times of when they make the internal pip etc...so you know for sure when it is taking too long and you need to go in.
Also so you can make sure they aren't upside down and such.

I check on my eggs hourly.

I would never ever tell anyone else to do it that often. But I can get away with because of my local humidity levels and air temps are both HIGH already so it doesn't change the inside of my bator as much as it would for others in different climates.

Thanks everyone for all the info so much I appreciate it. I was really upset crying but I’m okay now and accepted it. It’s so sad and I feel terrible when I got my eggs I said I only wanted two ducks. I didn’t want it to happen this way it really sucks but it was a lesson learned on my first hatch of what to do and not be so strict to everything. I now need to really focus on these two being crazy running around having a good time in their brooder - any advice on the food - water it down okay ? I’m going to stay up all night with them to make sure they’re okay. What do I need to watch and make sure they stay alive ? I have heat lamp in checking temp 90 I already need to refill water. Any advice would be greatly appreciated for me to watch for thy seem really healthy and energetic and happy attached picture
