Can I bring him out for daily walks around my house instead of keeping him inside all the time so he doesn’t want to keep going out

only if you have a way to keep him safe and with you... He really does need girls and a bigger cage though.. the walks won't keep him from stressing out and trying to escape his cage.

Is there a way to get the bump on his nose away?

Yes....move him to a cage where he can't hurt himself on it.
