I would also be really careful if you have cats as Pasteurella multocida is transferrable to and from cats. Be sure everyone washes up well between cats and birds.
I highly suspect this was P. multocida as the torticollis was there, the respiratory symptoms, and she's responding at the appropriate rate to the antibiotics. It's not a terribly common respiratory disease, but this was a textbook case - really very interesting.
I'm so absolutely relieved to see her improvement! YAY! Keep up the good work as the antibiotics take 14 days to complete their course.

Added: Also be sure to continue the vitamins for the neurological signs. I think it'll help.
